New York State Volunteer Service Agreement
Instructions: Under Taconic Region, check box for Clarence Fahnestock State Park. For the description of activity, people should copy & paste this:
"To assist NYSOPRHP with trail development and maintenance under the guidance of park staff and Sam Lee, NYNJTC E. Fahnestock Volunteer Supervisor".
Unless people wish to volunteer at any other NYS park, the N/A check box should be selected to move to page 2.
NYS DEC Form
The stewardship agreement number is 3-2021-003. For section E, you can write in: "California Hill State Forest MUA w/ NYNJTC" and Sam will sign underneath. Under Section B, it does ask if anyone has ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.
